Project Filelist for gpg4win

This is the final release 2.0.0 of the
german handbook "Gpg4win für Einsteiger".

It is a successor of the GnuPP projects'
handbook "GnuPP für Einsteiger".

Compared to the release candidates only
few changes happened. They mainly focus on
typography and layout.

Compared to the GnuPP release, the handbook
has been reworked and updated in most chapters.
Various mistakes have been corrected, but
only few additions happened.
