Wald is run by the Free Software company Intevation to support its projects.

Site Feedback and Participation

In order to get the most out of Wald, you will need to register as a site user. This will allow you to participate fully in all we have to offer. You may of course browse the site without registering, but will not have access to all features.

More in-depth information can be found in the Docs section of the Site Admin project. If you encounter bugs in this installation, please report them, using the Bugtracker.

Wald now uses Let's Encrypt certificates for secure connections

Wald now uses Let's Encrypt (https://letsencrypt.org/) to allow secure connections without having to import the root certificate of Intevation's TLS/SSL CA into your browser.

The underlying vitalization system on which wald.intevation.org runs needs upgrading. We plan on doing the necessary updates On April the 25th. For this we will have to shut down wald.intevation.org and all services hosted there for a few hours, starting approximately at 11:00 CET.

Intevation's New TLS/SSL CA and Certificate for Wald

Please import the certificate of our new root certificate authority (Intevation Root CA 2016) from https://ssl.intevation.de/ to establish a complete trust path to our server and email certificates.
